Agglomeration principle is based on the combination in one product crushing and kneading the polymer film under the action of frictional heat supplying metered amounts of cooling water, sintering and grinding into granules. Working edge work in a shock-abrasive wear. When recycling any metal objects, presence of abrasive residues leads to premature wear of the knife edge.
Application for surfacing knife edge ensures resistance to wear due to the improved structure of the weld metal. The cutting edge is welded by special alloy, this takes into account the working conditions and the type of feedstock. Blades offered by us are bimetallic structure: structural steel knife body, the cutting edge – tool steel.
